Order the retainer you would like from our website shop. Once we receive your order we will immediately dispatch an impression kit to you by Royal mail 24 tracked and signed for delivery
Place your order
Once you have signed for and received your impression kit, follow the detailed instructions provided inside the kit, and take your impressions. Please watch our videos here on what's in the kit and helpful guides on taking your impression
Receive impression kit
When you have taken your impressions and packed them using the packaging materials we provide in the kit, place them in the free return postal envelope provided, and drop off to your nearest post office. A video on how to pack your impressions can be found here
Post your impressions
We will create your perfect retainer
Once we receive your impressions, technicians will immediately cast a model of your teeth and get to work making you the perfect fitting dental retainer. This usually takes approximately 5 working days
Once your retainer has been created and quality checked, we will deliver to you via Royal Mail 24 hour signed for and tracked service, ensuring you receive your new dental retainer as soon as possible
